Instructions for Proper Application of the Elasto-Preene Ankle Support: 1. Pull support on so that the heel fits into the cut out area of the support. 2. Stitched panel should lie comfortably on both sides of the ankle as well as behind the ankle. 3. Adjust slightly to your desired comfort level. Care Instructions: Hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent. Air dry.
