Care: Hand wash in warm water with mild detergent. Air dry. Wear: 1. Pull support on so that the heel fits into the cut out area of the support. 2. Stitched panel should lie comfortably on both sides of the ankle as well as behind the ankle. Adjust slightly to your desired comfort level.
